A petition to improve the quality of the air in Bristol is to be presented to Mayor Marvin Rees at a council meeting on Tuesday.
The petition has been created in response to information from the World Health Organisation that the air pollution in Bristol is above recommended limits.
After just nine days, it has been signed by over 2,000 people.
Green Party Councillor for Southville, Charlie Bolton, explains why the campaign is important to Bristol.
The news comes as the Paris Climate Agreement is brought into effect today. The treaty, signed by 193 countries, sets out a global action plan to slow global warming.
