All train services were cancelled or delayed this morning between Bristol Temple Meads and Weston-super-Mare due to signalling problems.
Services are also being cancelled between Bristol Parkway and Bristol Temple Meads due to a broken-down train.
Great Western Railway is reporting the delays were predicted to last until 9.30am.
However, there is still disruption at Temple Meads with too many passengers trying to get on the trains which are now arriving.
@GWRHelp @GWRFailway I am a season ticket holder who couldn’t get on the 8:20 or 8:28 from Bristol Parkway to Bristol Temple Meads due to crowded trains. How on earth is this safe? pic.twitter.com/zdtqPf3jFN

There are replacement ‘First’ buses running for people who have missed trains.
If your journey is delayed by more than an hour, GWR says it will compensate customers.
The company offers compensation to the value of 50% of the cost of your ticket, and 25% in the case of a return ticket.
You can choose how you receive your compensation and the money will be returned to you within 14 days of the claim. To do so fill in the compensation form on the GWR website.
