This season’s best attack face up against the worst defence in this weekends Women’s Super League (WSL) action as Chelsea F.C. come to Ashton Gate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bristol City come up against league leaders Chelsea at 2pm this Sunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chelsea have netted 29 times so far this season, while Bristol City have already conceded 23 goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chelsea are currently top of the league with 22 points, edging out Arsenal on goal difference. Bristol City are currently second from bottom above only West Ham.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chelsea have been in great form so far this season, winning seven out of nine games, thanks in part to Lauren James excellent form following her breakout World Cup performances earlier this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James is joint second top scorer so far, having netted 6 goals in 8 appearances already in 2023\/24 – her team mate Aggie Beever-Jones and Bristol City’s Amalie Thestrup trail just behind with 5 goals each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
