Image Credit &#8211; DoD News photo by EJ Hersom<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Duke of Sussex has<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/uk\/home-news\/prince-harry-mirror-group-phone-hacking-b2464171.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> partly won his hacking claim<\/a> against the Mirror Group Newspaper and has been accorded \u00a3140,600 in damages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High Court judge, Justice Fancourt ruled that 15 of the 33 articles examined involved phone-hacking, with his personal phone being targeted between 2003 and 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also ruled that ex-Mirror CEO, Sly Bailey was aware of the hacks and &#8220;turned a blind eye&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">A very important court victory today for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/PrinceHarry?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#PrinceHarry<\/a> against the Mirror papers. But at least as important is the finding that three top execs of the time \u2013 Sly Bailey, Paul Vickers and Marcus Partington \u2013 all knew phone hacking was going on.
