CCTV footage showed him on a red pushbike, at around 01:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police have called for dashcam footage, from any drivers who were on the M48 between 01:00 to 05:00 on the 3rd of December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph is described as being a 6ft tall, with mousey hair and blue eyes, wearing light-coloured jeans, a black teddy fleece jumper, with black high-top Jordan 4 trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gwent Police said that: &#8220;Officers investigating are trying to establish Joseph\u2019s movements after he was captured on CCTV at 00:45\/12:45am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone with information on his whereabouts Gwent Police direct the public to &#8216; call us on 101 or send us a direct message on social media, quoting log reference 2400400170.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Police have put a callout for dashcam footage, in the search for a missing teenager.
