Former Bristol City midfielder Alex Scott has received his first call up for the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers against Serbia and Albania.
The 22-year-old from Guernsey left The Robins for Bournemouth in 2023 for a club-record fee, and was on the winning team in the U21’s 2023 EURO’s final.
Scott’s addition to Thomas Tuchel’s 25-man squad sees him included amongst superstars such as Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane.
With 10 appearances so far this season, Alex Scott is quickly becoming a mainstay for AFC Bournemouth, who currently sit fifth in the Premier League, trailing second place Manchester City by only one point.
England play Serbia at home on Thursday November 13, and travel to Tirana to play away to Albania on Sunday November 16.
